Leadership Houses

About the House System
Modeled after the initiative at the Ron Clark Academy in Atlanta, Georgia, our LAN House System is campus-wide organizational structure that divides the larger student body into smaller, diverse groups known as “houses.” Each house is comprised of students from different grade levels as well as faculty and staff, providing smaller-scale opportunities for mentorship, peer support, and cross-campus collaboration.
As part of the house system, students have the ability to earn “points” for their houses for meeting academic, behavior, and character-related expectations. House points are added throughout the school year, creating an element of friendly competition at each campus. At the end of the year, these accomplishments are celebrated campus-wide.

Our Mission
In our house, we know that if we have knowledge then we are unstoppable. We know the real power is what and how much we know, so we study harder.

Our Mission
In our house, we have the courage to keep trying again and again. Even if we fail 99 times, we know that we will succeed and victory will be ours.
